Building a new home is a significant undertaking. We assume responsibility for the whole programme, from initial drawings and consent through to procurement and the build itself, with one point of accountability.
Where clients already hold drawings or planning consent, we can review and cost-engineer the existing scheme and proceed from that point. We can join at any point; once engaged, we manage each subsequent step with the same discipline.

- Officer queries answered until a decision is issued
- Discharge of planning conditions
Construction
- Building regulations, insurances and start-on-site paperwork
- Full-time site supervision
- Scheduled site reviews with written progress and cost updates
- Finishes and fittings selected with you as works progress
- Defects inspection, handover and aftercare
- Quality inspections at each key stage
